Gently Pasteurised Milk for Better Taste and Nutrition

Milk is pasteurised to remove harmful bacteria -  but not all pasteurisation is equal.

We gently pasteurise our milk in small batches, heating it slowly to a lower temperature and holding it there for 30 minutes. This careful process helps preserve:

  • Natural flavour

  • Creamy texture

  • Nutritional quality

Most supermarket milk is high-temperature, short-time pasteurised, blasted at much higher heat for around 20 seconds. It’s faster and cheaper — but often at the expense of taste.

Think oven-cooked vs microwave. Rushing rarely improves results.

Unhomogenised Milk the Way Nature Intended

Unlike supermarket milk, Whole Moo World milk is not homogenised.

Homogenisation is an extra processing step that alters the milk’s natural fat structure so the cream doesn’t rise to the top. While it may look uniform, it can:
